As I have said if your followers count is not showing then how you can fix that problem. To fix that go to play store then search Instagram and if update is available then update it. Because of not updating your Instagram it could not connect with the new server and that's why your followers count gets missing sometimes. So, update Instagram and your problem will be definitely fixed.

First of all update it and if it doesn't fix then I'll show another solution. Now go to mobile settings then search manage app open it and search Instagram. And in place of manage app you will get application manager or installed apps. Search Instagram and click on "clear data".

Here Instagram and your android version software is not matching so you get this problem. Update it then restart your phone once and if there is problem in software then it will be fixed. And if there is any problem in your Instagram account then go to your account open profile then click on top bar and go to settings. After that go to help then go to report a problem.

Whatever the problem is go to report a problem and report it. Now describe what your problem is and also you can give a screenshot then click on "submit". After clicking on submit your report will be success and your problem will be fixed within 24 hours. So, this is the process you can fix your problem regarding followers count and missing.
